US COOKIE AND TRACKING

TECHNOLOGIES POLICY

BLUE WING ADS

Last updated: Sept 24, 2026

1. Scope and Relationship to Other Notices

1.1 This Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy (the "Policy") explains how BLUE WING ADS operating as BLUE WING ADS ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and other tracking technologies on https://bluewingads.com/ and related landing pages on that domain that link to this Policy (the "Site"). It also explains the choices available to visitors.

1.2 This Policy applies only to the Site identified above. Not every technology described here is used on every page. Technologies may vary by feature, campaign, traffic source, service category, visitor location, consent status, and configuration. Available cookie details are provided through the cookie consent interface when displayed.

1.3 This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy at https://bluewingads.com/privacy-policy, our Terms and Conditions at https://bluewingads.com/terms-of-use, and any applicable notices shown with a form, telephone number, embedded tool, or other point of collection.

1.4 This Policy addresses browser- and device-based tracking and associated server-side event processing. Information you provide in a form, questionnaire, call, text message, chat, or email is principally addressed in our Privacy Policy and the notice for that interaction. This Policy also applies when a Tracking Technology collects or generates information about that interaction.

1.5 A more specific notice may provide additional information about a particular collection or use. Nothing in this Policy replaces a separate consent required by law or limits your applicable privacy rights.

2. Definitions

2.1 “Cookie” means a small text file or similar data file stored on or accessed from a browser or device.

2.2 “Tracking Technologies” means cookies and other technologies that store, access, collect, receive, recognize, link, infer, or transmit information concerning a browser, device, visitor, session, interaction, advertisement, telephone call, form submission, lead, or conversion. Tracking Technologies may include pixels, web beacons, tags, scripts, local storage, software development kits, application programming interfaces, server-to-server events, device or advertising identifiers, embedded tools, dynamic number insertion, call-tracking tools, and similar technologies.

2.3 “Personal Information” or “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual, household, browser, or device, as defined under applicable law.

2.4 “Targeted Advertising” means advertising selected based on Personal Information obtained from a visitor’s activities over time and across nonaffiliated websites, applications, services, or devices, as defined under applicable law. The term may not include contextual advertising based solely on the current interaction with the Site.

2.5 “Sale” and “Sharing” have the meanings assigned by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on the law, a disclosure may be treated as a Sale or Sharing even where no money is exchanged, including certain disclosures for advertising, analytics, attribution, or other valuable consideration.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

3.1 Cookies and Tracking Technologies allow the Site or an external provider to recognize or distinguish a browser, device, session, or interaction. They may support the operation and security of the Site, remember choices, load embedded features, understand usage, measure advertising, attribute telephone calls or form submissions, prevent fraud, and perform other functions described in this Policy.

3.2 Some technologies operate in your browser. Others operate through communications between our systems and external providers, including server-to-server or application programming interface connections. Blocking browser cookies may not prevent every form of processing. This does not authorize us to disregard an applicable consent choice or opt-out; Section 15 explains the separate privacy-request route.

3.3 Information collected through Tracking Technologies may be linked with information received from a form, call, campaign, affiliate, publisher, service provider, or other source where permitted by law and consistent with applicable notices, choices, and contractual restrictions.

4. Types and Duration of Cookies

4.1 First-Party and Third-Party Cookies

First-party cookies are set or controlled by the Site a visitor is using. Third-party cookies are set or controlled by an organization other than the operator of the Site, such as an analytics, advertising, affiliate, video, form, call-tracking, hosting, security, or lead-services provider.

4.2 Session and Persistent Cookies

Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiration, until they are removed by the visitor, or until they are deleted or replaced by the organization that set them.

4.3 Duration

Cookie duration varies by purpose, provider, and configuration. Where available, information about individual cookies and storage technologies, including their categories, purposes, domains, and duration, is provided through the cookie consent interface when displayed. Information already collected can be retained separately from a cookie, as described in Section 18.

5. Tracking Technologies We May Use

5.1 Browser Cookies and Local Storage

We may use cookies, browser storage, and similar device storage to maintain sessions, remember settings and privacy choices, support forms, prevent repeated actions, measure visits, and enable other Site functions.

5.2 Pixels, Web Beacons, Tags, and Scripts

We may use small code elements or files that record page views, clicks, form events, video interactions, referral information, campaign identifiers, and conversion events. These technologies may transmit information when a page loads or when a visitor performs a specified action.

5.3 Server-Side and API-Based Events

Where enabled, we may transmit limited event or conversion information from our systems to analytics, advertising, attribution, call-tracking, fraud-prevention, or lead-management systems through server-to-server connections or application programming interfaces. These events may be used to improve attribution reliability, reduce duplicate events, enhance security, or measure campaign performance.

5.4 Device and Advertising Identifiers

Where applicable, a provider may use browser, device, mobile, or advertising identifiers to recognize a browser or device, limit repeated advertising, measure activity, or associate events with a campaign or audience. The availability and use of these identifiers depend on device, browser, operating-system, provider, and privacy settings.

5.5 Dynamic Telephone Number Insertion and Call Tracking

The Site may display a telephone number selected according to the advertisement, publisher, search term, campaign, referral source, or webpage associated with the visit. This allows telephone calls to be routed and attributed as described in Section 11.

5.6 Embedded Forms, Videos, and Widgets

The Site may include a form, questionnaire, quote tool, comparison tool, calculator, chat feature, video, map, scheduling tool, or other embedded feature supplied or supported by an external provider. Loading or interacting with the feature may cause the provider to receive information concerning the browser, device, page, session, or interaction.

5.7 Interaction Analytics and Session-Replay Technologies

Where enabled, interaction analytics or session-replay tools may measure or reproduce navigation, scrolling, clicks, errors, and form interactions. Any such tools used on this Site are subject to the applicable cookie category and choices described in this Policy. The sensitive-information provisions in Section 13 also apply to these tools.

6. Information Collected or Generated

6.1 Depending on the Site, technology, and settings, Tracking Technologies may collect, receive, or generate the following categories of information:

-IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;

-browser type, browser language, operating system, device type, screen characteristics, and technical settings;

-cookie, browser, device, advertising, session, lead, click, call, and campaign identifiers;

-referring website, advertisement, publisher, affiliate, search term, campaign, landing page, and destination URL;

-pages or content viewed, buttons or links selected, scrolling, navigation path, timestamps, session duration, and interaction events;

-whether a form was displayed, started, progressed, validated, submitted, abandoned, duplicated, or associated with an error;

-video or media playback events and embedded-feature interactions;

-telephone-number display, call initiation, call routing, call duration, call status, and conversion or disposition information;

-consent status, opt-out status, cookie preferences, and records used to demonstrate or implement those choices;

-fraud, bot, quality, security, and invalid-traffic indicators;

-information voluntarily submitted by a visitor, but only where the relevant technology is intentionally configured and legally permitted to receive that information; and

-inferences concerning campaign performance, likely conversion, referral quality, or audience membership.

6.2 Please do not enter the highly sensitive information listed in Section 13.1 into general website forms.

7. Purposes of Use

7.1 We may use information collected or generated through Tracking Technologies for the following purposes, subject to applicable law and a visitor’s choices:

-to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;

-to maintain sessions, remember settings, and record privacy choices;

-to display and operate forms, videos, telephone features, comparison tools, and other Site functions;

-to understand Site traffic, usage, performance, errors, and user experience;

-to detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, bots, duplicate submissions, malicious activity, and invalid traffic;

-to identify the advertisement, campaign, publisher, affiliate, keyword, page, or referral source associated with a visit, call, lead, or other conversion;

-to measure, report on, optimize, and compensate for advertising, affiliate, referral, and lead-generation activity;

-to create, suppress, or measure advertising audiences and, where permitted, to support Targeted Advertising or retargeting;

-to route a telephone call, form submission, or inquiry to an appropriate organization or service provider in response to the visitor’s request;

-to maintain audit, consent, compliance, dispute, billing, and contractual records;

-to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, and enforceable requests; and

-to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and protect visitors, our organization, and others.

8. Categories of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

8.1 Essential (Strictly Necessary)

Essential technologies support core Site functions and features you specifically request, including necessary security, session continuity, and storage of your privacy choices. These technologies remain active through the consent tool. Optional advertising or campaign measurement is not made essential merely by describing it as necessary for our business.

8.2 Functional

Functional technologies support optional or enhanced features, including embedded videos, remembered preferences, interactive forms, questionnaires, comparison tools, maps, scheduling tools, and other content. Disabling them may cause a feature to be unavailable or work incorrectly.

8.3 Analytics

Analytics technologies help us understand Site traffic, pages viewed, navigation, and interactions with forms or content. The results may be aggregated or associated with online identifiers and help us evaluate and improve the Site.

8.4 Performance

Performance technologies help us measure technical reliability, speed, errors, and responsiveness so we can maintain and improve the Site.

8.5 Advertising and Targeted Advertising

Advertising technologies may measure advertisements and conversions, limit repeated advertising, create or measure audiences, personalize advertising, support retargeting, or associate activity across websites, applications, browsers, or devices. Depending on applicable law, these activities may constitute Sale, Sharing, or processing for Targeted Advertising.

8.6 Affiliate, Referral, and Conversion Attribution

Attribution technologies identify the source of a visit or inquiry and whether a telephone call, completed form, appointment, or other conversion occurred. They may support campaign reporting, compensation, billing reconciliation, and quality checks. Attribution is not automatically an Essential function; its consent category depends on its actual purpose.

8.7 Call Tracking and Routing

Call-tracking technologies may support dynamic telephone numbers, call routing, technical call events, and campaign attribution. Call routing and optional campaign measurement may use different consent categories. Call content and any recording are addressed separately in Section 11 and the notice provided for the call.

9. Categories of External Recipients and Providers

9.1 We may permit or direct the categories of organizations listed below to collect or receive information through Tracking Technologies, or we may disclose limited event information to them, depending on the Site and service being provided:

-website hosting, content-delivery, domain, security, anti-fraud, bot-detection, and technical-infrastructure providers;

-consent-management, cookie-scanning, privacy-request, compliance, and recordkeeping providers;

-analytics, performance-measurement, error-monitoring, and interaction-analytics providers;

-advertising platforms, advertising networks, audience providers, publishers, and media-buying or campaign-management providers;

-affiliate networks, referral partners, conversion-attribution providers, and performance-marketing agencies;

-call-tracking, dynamic-number, call-routing, telecommunications, call-analytics, and quality-assurance providers;

-form, questionnaire, survey, chat, scheduling, video, map, comparison, and other embedded-content providers;

-lead-management, lead-validation, lead-distribution, customer-relationship-management, and data-integration providers;

-businesses, professionals, carriers, treatment or service organizations, law firms, financial-service organizations, home-service providers, and other entities that may respond to a visitor’s request;

-auditors, consultants, insurers, professional advisers, and vendors supporting compliance, security, finance, or business operations;

-government authorities, courts, law-enforcement bodies, regulators, parties to legal proceedings, and other recipients where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

9.2 Details of the cookies and browser-storage technologies listed for this Site, including their categories and, where available, their purposes, domains, and duration, are provided through the cookie consent interface when displayed. This list may not describe every server-side process or technology that operates without cookies. Information about recipients of submitted inquiries, applicable state privacy rights, and other disclosures is provided in our Privacy Policy and in any applicable notice presented at or before the point of collection.

9.3 An external organization may process information under its own privacy notice when it acts as an independent business or controller. Processing by a provider acting on our behalf is governed by the applicable service arrangements, instructions, and legal requirements.

10. Lead Generation, Matching, Routing, and Attribution

10.1 Where the Site offers information requests, quotes, consultations, comparisons, eligibility screening, or telephone assistance, a visitor may submit an inquiry about products or services offered by us or by external businesses.

10.2 Tracking Technologies may be used to associate a request with the Site, campaign, publisher, affiliate, advertisement, keyword, telephone number, or other referral source; validate and de-duplicate requests; detect fraud; measure quality; route inquiries; and document whether a response or conversion occurred.

10.3 When a visitor intentionally submits a form, places a call, or otherwise requests contact, the information associated with that request may be disclosed to one or more organizations that may be able to respond. Those disclosures are governed primarily by the Privacy Policy, the disclosure presented with the form or telephone number, and any consent or authorization requested at the point of collection.

10.4 Changing cookie preferences does not automatically cancel an inquiry already submitted or reverse a completed disclosure. This does not limit any applicable deletion right, opt-out, or obligation to communicate a restriction to recipients. Use the privacy-request methods in our Privacy Policy for those requests.

10.5 Cookie consent is separate from consent to receive telephone calls or text messages. Selecting “Accept All” or enabling a cookie category does not, by itself, authorize marketing calls or text messages. Any such authorization must be obtained through the applicable form or communication disclosure.

11. Telephone, Call-Tracking, and Communication Technologies

11.1 The Site may use dynamic telephone-number insertion so that different visitors see different telephone numbers based on referral source, campaign, page, or other attribution information.

11.2 Call-tracking systems may collect or generate the telephone number displayed, the date and time of a call, call duration, call routing, approximate location, campaign and referral identifiers, whether a call was connected or answered, and conversion or disposition information.

11.3 A telephone call may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, compliance, fraud prevention, documentation, or other lawful purposes where permitted by law and after any notice or consent required by applicable federal or state law has been provided.

11.4 This Policy does not itself provide the notice or consent required for call recording or for marketing calls or text messages. Required notices must be presented in the call flow, form disclosure, or other appropriate location.

11.5 Telephone and communications providers may independently receive routing, signaling, device, carrier, and transactional information necessary to transmit or complete communications.

12. Embedded Content, Forms, Videos, and Widgets

12.1 Embedded content may operate as part of the Site while being technically provided by another organization. When embedded content loads, the provider may receive an IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referral information, identifiers, and interaction events.

12.2 Information entered into an embedded form or widget may be transmitted directly to the provider operating that feature, to us, to an organization selected to respond to the request, or to more than one of these recipients, as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and point-of-collection notice.

12.3 A visitor who blocks Functional technologies may be unable to view or use a video, form, comparison tool, questionnaire, calendar, chat, map, or other embedded feature.

12.4 External providers may use cookies or other technologies under their own privacy practices when acting independently. We encourage visitors to review notices presented by the relevant feature or provider.

13. Sensitive Information

13.1 Sensitive Information

The Site is not intended to collect highly sensitive information through general website forms. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial-account credentials, government identification numbers, medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other highly sensitive information through the Site.

13.2 Tracking Sensitive Inputs

We do not intend for analytics, advertising, attribution, or similar tracking technologies to collect the contents of sensitive form fields. Please do not include sensitive information in general website form entries.

13.3 Sensitive Information in Tracking Events

Page addresses, page titles, search terms, event names, form interactions, and call metadata may contain or reveal sensitive information even without the contents of a form field. Where applicable, privacy notices and choices concerning that information are not limited to information entered directly into visible form fields.

14. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling

14.1 Depending on the technologies used and the applicable state law, our disclosure of online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, referral information, advertising information, or conversion events to advertising, analytics, affiliate, or attribution recipients may be considered a Sale, Sharing, or processing for Targeted Advertising, even where no money is exchanged.

14.2 We may use Tracking Technologies in ways that may constitute Sale, Sharing, or processing for Targeted Advertising under applicable state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out of these activities through the privacy-choice method described below.

14.3 Where applicable, you may opt out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information or processing for Targeted Advertising by selecting the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link available on this Site. Cookie preferences and state-law privacy opt-outs may have different scopes, including where covered disclosures occur outside browser cookies.

14.4 Disclosures connected with an inquiry or requested service are described in our Privacy Policy and in any applicable notice presented at or before the point of collection. Submitting an inquiry does not waive your applicable privacy rights or provide unrestricted permission for advertising uses.

14.5 We do not use cookie acceptance as consent to waive a statutory privacy right. Exercising a privacy choice will not result in unlawful discrimination, although some optional features may be unavailable when the technologies required to provide them are disabled.

15. Cookie Preferences and Privacy Choices

15.1 Cookie Banner

The cookie banner provides "Accept All," "Reject Non-Essential," and "Manage Preferences." Optional categories require an affirmative selection. Scrolling, closing a notice, or continuing to use the Site does not by itself constitute consent to optional categories.

15.2 Cookie Preferences

Select "Manage Preferences" in the banner to review the available optional categories before saving a choice. Essential technologies remain active. Instructions for changing a saved choice are provided in Section 15.7.

15.3 Accept All

Selecting “Accept All” permits the Site to activate the available optional categories shown in the preference center, subject to the visitor’s browser, device, and provider settings. It does not constitute consent to marketing calls or text messages and does not replace any separate consent or authorization required by applicable law.

15.4 Reject Non-Essential

Selecting "Reject Non-Essential" keeps the optional categories controlled by the consent tool off while allowing Essential technologies. Some optional embedded features or personalized experiences may be unavailable. This choice is not a request to cancel an inquiry or prevent a response to a service you requested.

15.5 Save My Choices

Selecting "Save My Choices" saves the individual category settings currently selected. It does not activate optional categories that you have left off.

15.6 Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share

Where applicable, you may submit an opt-out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information or processing for Targeted Advertising by selecting the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link available on this Site. A cookie setting and a state-law privacy opt-out may have different scopes, including where covered disclosures occur through server-side, account-based, call-related, or offline processes.

15.7 Changing a Choice

Our current cookie consent interface does not provide an on-site method to revise a saved cookie selection after it has been submitted. You may manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Applicable state-law opt-outs may be submitted separately through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link available on this Site. Browser-based choices generally apply to the browser and device on which they are made.

15.8 Effect of a Choice or Opt-Out

Cookie and privacy choices generally apply prospectively. Changing browser settings or submitting an applicable privacy opt-out does not automatically cancel a previously submitted inquiry or reverse a disclosure completed before the choice was received. This does not limit any applicable obligation to stop processing, notify recipients, delete information, or honor other privacy rights. Additional information is provided in our Privacy Policy and privacy-choice process.

16. Global Privacy Control and Other Opt-Out Signals

16.1 This Site does not currently process browser- or device-based opt-out preference signals automatically, including Global Privacy Control ("GPC").

16.2 Where applicable, you may submit an opt-out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information or processing for Targeted Advertising through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link available on this Site. A manual request is separate from a browser-based opt-out signal.

16.3 For questions about an opt-out request or this Site’s privacy choices, contact us using the details in Section 23.

17. Browser, Device, and Industry Controls

17.1 Most browsers allow visitors to view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may interfere with security, forms, videos, preference storage, and other Site functions.

17.2 Mobile operating systems and devices may provide controls to limit advertising tracking, reset advertising identifiers, restrict permissions, or delete application data.

17.3 Advertising platforms and industry organizations may provide additional opt-out tools. These tools operate independently from our Site and may not prevent contextual advertising, all measurement, or all forms of data processing.

17.4 Deleting cookies may also delete the cookie used to remember a privacy choice, requiring the visitor to submit the choice again.

17.5 Do Not Track

An ordinary "Do Not Track" signal is distinct from Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals. Our response to browser-based signals is described in Section 16.

18. Data Retention

18.1 Cookies remain on a device until their expiration or deletion. Retention periods vary by category, purpose, provider, configuration, legal requirement, and whether the cookie is session-based or persistent.

18.2 Information generated through Tracking Technologies is retained according to the following periods or criteria: [TRACKING DATA RETENTION PERIODS OR CRITERIA]. These periods are separate from the time a cookie remains on your device.

18.3 A cookie or other browser record may store your cookie selection. Records maintained for privacy requests and any separately maintained consent records are addressed in our Privacy Policy and the retention information above.

19. Security

19.1 Our Privacy Policy describes the safeguards applicable to Personal Information, including information processed through Tracking Technologies.

19.2 No website, transmission, storage system, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should use reasonable care when submitting information online.

20. Children and Minors

20.1 This Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

20.2 We do not knowingly Sell or Share the Personal Information of individuals under the age threshold for opt-in consent under applicable law without the required affirmative authorization.

20.3 If we learn that Personal Information concerning a child or minor was collected or disclosed in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete, restrict, or otherwise address that information.

21. Third-Party Websites and Services

21.1 The Site may link to or interact with websites, applications, telephone systems, or services operated by organizations we do not control. This Policy does not govern their independent privacy or tracking practices.

21.2 A visitor should review the privacy and cookie notices of an external website or service before providing information or changing settings there.

21.3 The independent practices of an external service are governed by its notices and applicable law. This does not limit our own responsibilities for information collected or disclosed through technologies we deploy on this Site.

22. Changes to this Policy

22.1 We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, Site functionality, business practices, or data-processing activities.

22.2 The “Last Updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing a practice involving previously collected information.

22.3 Visitors should review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Site after an update does not constitute consent where applicable law requires a more specific affirmative choice.
